Pay Club Dues

The full payment schedule can be found on each team page. If you have any questions regarding your dues please contact katie@mintonettesports.com.

There are four ways to pay your club dues:

1. Mail a check made out to "Mintonette Sports" to:

1400 Polaris Parkway

Attn: Mintonette Sports

Columbus, OH 43240

Please be sure to include "Mintonette Sports" in the address AND write your child's first and last name in the memo line. Many families have the same last names!

2. Drop off a check made out to "Mintonette Sports" at FieldhouseUSA:

Checks can be given to coaches at the red reception desk. If no one is present, please place it in the black "club dues" mailbox mounted at the end of the hallway leading back to the restrooms.

Please be sure to write your child's first and last name in the memo line. Many families have the same last names!

3. Pay online via SportsEngine - Please keep in mind if you pay online there will be processing fees from SportsEngine.

4. Pay online via PayPal - Please keep in mind if you pay online there will be processing fees from PayPal.

Payments are due on the 1st of the month. If payments are not received by the 5th, they will be considered past due. Once past due, the athlete will sit out of practice and there will be a $50 late fee. The $50 fee will be added for each month your payment(s) are past due.

If you need an alternate payment plan, email katie@mintonettesports.com to discuss. Once that plan is agreed upon by both parties, the payments must be paid on time according to the alternate schedule. If the schedule is not followed it will be considered past due. Once past due, the athlete will sit out of practice and there will be a $50 late fee. The $50 fee will be added for each month your payments are past due.
