Beach is a great way to work on all aspects of the game and improve your indoor abilities. The principle behind the program is to help train and develop every volleyball skill. The program will consist of learning:

  • Passing and serve receive technique
  • Offensive and defensive training
  • Speed, agility, and vertical training

m.beach Training

You don't have to have a beach partner or previous playing experience to join these training sessions! Each training session is 1.5 hours long. Pick and choose the dates that work best for your schedule. 

m.beach Camps

This 4-day camp will cover all aspects of the game and build on skills focuses and lessons throughout the week. Players of all experience levels are welcome!
