1. Renew or Register as a New member with USAV volleyball. You MUST bring a printed copy of your OVR card to tryouts for us to keep. Athletes who do not have this will not be able to tryout.
Note: All early commits should register with "Mintonette"
2. Complete the OVR medical release form. Please print out and bring a completed copy to tryouts. Please be sure to complete all 3 signatures! Be sure not to leave ANY field BLANK.
3. Submit the Mintonette Sports registration form below.

All 14 & Under athletes should come to their designated age group tryout time. This does include those wanting to play on the Regional/Junior Mint teams. We are offering a makeup tryout (Oct. 27th from 5-9pm) for those wanting to play on American or Regional/Junior Mint division teams. You should only register for this if you absolutely cannot make the original date/time for your age group.
10s & 11s: Friday, October 25th, 6-8pm
12s: Saturday, October 26th, 8-10am
13s: Saturday, October 26th, 6-8pm
14s: Sunday, October 27th, 8-10:30am
14 & Under Regional & American make-ups (not available for National division teams): Sunday, October 27th 6-8pm
15s: Sunday, November 10th, 2-4:30pm
16s: Sunday, November 10th, 8-10:30am
17s & 18s: Monday, November 11th, 6-8:30pm
