Please make sure your coach is IMPACT, SafeSport and Concussion certified. Coaches who do NOT have completed certifications will NOT be allowed to coach per OVR Rules.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY AGREEMENT:

Please register by using your OVR club account.  Emailed requests will not be accepted.

All teams will be accepted in the order they register, as long as they are paid in full by 12/15/2024.

Starting 12/16/2024, teams will be accepted in order of payment received.

All team entry withdrawls must be completed by 12/15/24 in order to receive a full refund.

Partial refunds may be given after 12/15/24 depending on the withdrawl date and if the team can be replaced.

No refunds will be given to teams that withdrawl within 3 weeks of the event date, and no replacement team has been found.

BUILDING RULES & TOURNAMENT NOTES:

Tournament Start Time:  8am

Doors Open: 7am

Coaches' Meeting: 7:30am

No food or drink on the hardwood floors

No camping or chairs in the concourse (seating provided)

No ball handling off the hardwood

No outside food or drink set ups - no coolers or buffets

No sitting on the counters

Team area is behind the endline benches if needed

Be at the court so we can stay on time

Schedule is posted online - QR codes - use that if you leave

Concessions: Big Air (bounce house) has a small concession and may be open.  The mall has a food court & restaurants that opens around 11am.

Pool pay is the best of three sets with rally scoring.  Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap).

The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap).

Parking Information: FieldhouseUSA is in Polaris Mall

FHUSA is between JC Penny and Macy's.

The best place to park is in the FHUSA parking lot, located behind Value City Furniture.

Please lock your cars, and do not leave valuables in the car or visible. Mintonette Sports & FHUSA are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:

If a Level 3 Emergency is issued, the tournament may be cancelled.

A notice will be displayed on the OVR website, and club directors, coaches, and officials will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible.

If the tournament should cancel, entry fees will be refunded.
