If you need to add a player or coach temporarily for this tournament,
print out the Roster for Tournament Check-In and write the additions and
submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.

at the tournament, if the Tournament Director feels that it is necessary.

Tournament Information

Thank you for choosing to attend one of Rogue Volleyballs tournaments for the 2025 season.  Please read the below information regarding the tournament and our playing site.

 

1)  Clubs can pay via check or online (with no additional fee)

Payments must be received by December 15, 2024 in order to guarantee acceptance into the event.  After December 15th, acceptance into the event will be granted based on registration and receipt of payment.

2)  Day of the Tournament

Admission is $10 for everyone 19 or older

Doors open at 7:00 am

Coaches Meeting at 7:30 am on Court 1 

Play starts at 8:00 am 

Teams are required to provide:  1 second referee - 2 line judges - 1 scorer - 1 libero tracker – 1 score flipper 

 

Pool Play

 4 Team Pools are as follows:
    1 vs 3 (2 refs)
    2 vs 4 (1 refs)
    1 vs 4 (3 refs)
    2 vs 3 (1 refs)
    3 vs 4 (2 refs)
    1 vs 2 (4 refs)

Tournament Play

  • Top 2 teams from each pool advance to Gold, 3rd place advances to Silver and 4th place advances to Bronze. 

  • The losing team from each match will officiate the next match on the court unless previously informed by the tournament Director.

  • The winner and runner-up of Gold will receive awards for all tournaments

Concessions will be available.  NO OUTSIDE food or drinks permitted other than water and sports drinks for players  Keep all coolers in cars as they are prohibited inside the facility   

No food or drink will be permitted in the gymnasium. Players and coaches will be allowed a beverage in a container with a sealed lid on the bench/ref table.

Each team will have a dedicated camp site assigned to them at the beginning of the tournament.
 
  

3) Cancellation Policy - In the event that Franklin County is in a Level 3 snow emergency, the tournament will be canceled and all entry fees will be returned within 3 business days.

  • If fewer than 4 teams register the tournament will be canceled.

  • A team who cancels after the entry deadline of 14 days prior to the tournament will forfeit their entry fee.

  • A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit their entry fee if a replacement is found. 

  •  A team canceling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit their entry fee.
